Deposits: Most of our birds are sold / reserved while
they are either on eggs or while they are being hand fed. Our reservations
are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. No exceptions. Deposits
are non-refundable and is applied toward the total purchase price
including shipping. The balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.
We guarantee that all reservations are filled or we will promptly
refund all payments including deposits. We reserve the right not to
ship an unweaned baby if we feel
it is in the best interest of the baby bird.
