Shipping

All orders will be shipped by best available courier - either UPS, US Postal Service or FedEx Home Delivery. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can be serviced by UPS Air Freight or through the UPS Postal Service. General delivery time ranges from 4-14 business days from the date of your order..However,some of the play gyms and jewelry may take longer.Some of these are built or hand painted when the order is placed.

International Shipping

Parrot Supercenter ships internationally to many countries. Shipping charges applied during the ordering process are calculated on domestic US rates. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges and will be charged accordingly. Completing checkout on your order confirms your approval or you may call ( 903 759-0800 ) for exact quote. Buyer is responsible for any import or Customs fees/duties where applicable.

Returns

Any unused item may be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days from the date of the order for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging in original condition. Used products, opened CD's, or opened food products cannot be returned. All items must may only be returned in their original packaging, or if defective, exchanged for the same item. Any damaged or defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer with all parts,warranty cards, and instructions.Before returning any merchandise, you must call us at 1-903-238-9999 to get an "Return Authorization Number". We will provide you with a return address to which you may send your returning merchandise. No returns that arrive C.O.D. will be accepted.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
